Working with Andre and Susan was positive from the first discussion. Andre's coaching process helped me to reset my thinking about what I eat and how it effects my body.
Prior to starting, my digestion was erratic from having no gall bladder and my mental health had begun to suffer. Like most people, I did an 8 week gym challenge, which had me working out 4 times per week and following a food programme but the results were disappointing.
6 months on I have lost 19kg, health concerns have been removed and a planned course of treatment is no longer required, which I credit to this programme. Food can really be medicine.
