How much time will I need to set aside each day?

Most men breeze through the daily lesson and mindset shift in 5-10 minutes. Everything is modular and self-paced. You can tackle it in the morning, during lunch, or after work. It’s designed to fit your life, not disrupt it. But you do need to plan and allocate time for learning and activities associated with the program. You should also include time in your day to move. Movement could be just getting in steps by walking the dog, or it could be doing a yoga session or doing a strength training session. If your key focus is to lose weight, then the focus must be on preparing and eating healthy food, not exercising. So food is the priority. Appropriate exercise will follow once you lose the majority of your weight.

If you are on medication, I will write to your doctor first to let them know what we are planning to do. Age isn’t a deal-breaker. Clients in their 50s, 60s, and even 70s have lost weight, boosted energy, and reclaimed confidence using my system.

Absolutely. This program isn’t built around intense workouts. It’s built around rethinking how you eat, without restrictive diets. Exercise plays a small, supportive role, and we ease into it with simple, low-impact movement. As your energy and confidence return, we can layer in more, but only when you’re ready.

You’ll progress at a pace that challenges you without wrecking your joints or schedule. If you are significantly overweight, we will just focus on getting steps in during your day. As you lose weight, we can then develop an appropriate movement or strength training program.

Nope. The most important gym you need is the kitchen, that is where your abs start. But if you have a pair of shoes and a bit of floor space, we can begin. We’ll make the most of whatever you have, whether that’s a fully kitted-out gym, a set of resistance bands, or just a sturdy chair in your living room. But remember, Abs start in the kitchen, we will get to appropriate exercise at the right time.
