My good friend has been coached by Andre for a few years and looks amazing. Her husband, also coached by Andre, looks incredible. They inspired me to get in touch with Andre.I was a constant weight for multiple years, however, over the past two years I started developing some bad eating habits and along with retiring from work and routine exercise, my weight slowly crept up. I could see it in my face and feel it in my clothes and I was not happy. I was attempting to manage this weight gain on my own, but without any result. I needed to nip-it-in-the-bud before it got out of hand. Once we established some of the things that needed to change, it was down to business. He set me up on ‘cronometer’, the all-in-one monitoring App, mailed me a very interesting book ‘eat well or die slowly’ by Dr Estrelita van Rensburg and Issy Warrack, some sample ‘Sodii’ electrolytes and his gut health supplements.My goal was to drop 4kg over the next 12 weeks. Not much to lose, but difficult as an aging woman. I had to record my food intake and make changes by cutting out the carbs and increasing protein.Andre had access to my cronometer account, so he could monitor my daily food intake and activities. We met once a week, online, at a time suitable for both of us to discuss the week gone. Andre often asked the difficult questions and challenged me on my answers. This assisted me to think about my goals and about my achievements. When I wasn’t seeing the results as quickly as I’d hoped, Andre provided me with reassurance, and encouragement that I really needed. He opened my mind to misconceptions I have had about food and he also gave me fantastic tips, tools and suggestions. Andre always made himself available if or when I needed to get in touch with a question. He provided me with informative podcasts, posts and challenges.I’ve come to the end of my twelve weeks. I feel amazing, I sleep better, I look better in the mirror and have dropped a few kilos. Boom!!Didn't think I had an issue, but was starting to have health issues which I just put down to getting older. I’m a 55-year-old man, who had consistently failed to stick to my New Year resolutions!I decided that 2023 would be different. I wanted to reduce weight and improve my cholesterol levels.I’d been working with a dietitian for several years. It was good nutrition, but there was no weight loss.Andre offers a no-nonsense approach. (Warning - if you’re a bit of a snowflake, then perhaps Andre might not be the best coach for you!) When necessary, he was very flexible with rescheduling coaching sessions. I could always send him a message and get a considered response in a timely fashion.I did before and after blood work and saw improvements across all markers.From 105kg to 90kg in 4 months, a 14% reduction in body weight. (I went travelling for a few weeks during my coaching with Andre, so my program was extended). My body fat reduced from 20.1% to 16.9%.The best feature is that it was easy to stick to the plan. It's almost embarrassing how easy it was...Pay your money. Listen to Andre. Do what he tells you. Stick to the plan. I spent 3 months working with Andre, and I've lost almost 30kg. My background is a combination of elite army units and elite sport, but after injury my weight blew out to more than 140kg. As a result I gained further health impacts, not the least being those on my heart. On my own I had managed to get myself back to around 125kg. I had been seeing a dietician for about 6 months, and managed to shed a little more weight but nothing to get excited about. I had another health scare, so I was now desperate to shift the weight.I knew about Andre's work, as I'd had a passing interest over the years. I've known him since our army days in the 1980s. I thought, I've tried all the 'normal' ideas, none of them worked- why not try something drastic.The first thing Andre told me was to chuck all the books out- the western diet books that is....and that's the hardest part of this exercise. Adjusting the mind to accept that what has been taught as "healthy' food and diet, simply put....isn't.Once I'd made the mental leap, the rest was easy. Hold myself accountable for what enters my mouth, hold myself accountable for what I input into the systems he provided, and to be ruthlessly true to the program. There is an element of mental discipline, but I found that once I got into the groove- it becomes second nature.There isn't any real secret to Andre's methods or what he teaches. It's plainly obvious once you begin.But- here's the kicker. You have to do what he says. Don't wander off thinking he's crazy. Step up, buy in, and you'll win.

12 months on- weight has stayed off 😀👍🏻I was uncomfortable, fatigued and felt generally unwell and decided it was time to make an investment in my health. Over a period of 5 years I really took my eye off the ball regarding my health. A combination of overeating, drinking too much and not doing much exercise had me in a bad way. On the 1st of April 2021 I had blood work done that I had been avoiding and the results were not good. The results showed I was Type II diabetic with elevated triglycerides and few other markers out of whack. I was also weighing in at the heaviest I have ever been. I was prescribed Metformin to “manage my diabetes” and given an unhelpful lecture by my GP. No mention of nutrition…I did some research and through the Tim Noakes Foundation I found a GP that specialised in managing Type II diabetes and I came across Andre who agreed to help me out.We started working together on the 16th of April 2021 over a 12-week period. At the end of our time together I had lost 17kg. More importantly my blood results as at the end of July 2021 showed a reduced HBA1C from 6.5 to 5.9 which meant I was no longer Type II diabetic. And I achieved that by following the nutritional advice from Andre without taking any drugs. In fact, under the supervision of my doctor, I came off both the cholesterol and triglyceride lowering medication I had been taking for over 10 years. I’m not quite there yet, I still need to drop that HBA1C result to below 5.6 to be in the “normal” range. So, I have a way to go.Since then, I have lost another 5kg and my blood work continues to improve.What Andre did for me was adjust my mindset and educated me about what “healthy eating” meant and guided me on nutrition and supplements. Over the 12 weeks he was tough when he needed to be and very sympathetic and understanding at the same time. He checked in with me often and helped me monitor and adjust things along the way.I highly recommend Andre if you want to make meaningful sustainable lifestyle changes.

What happens on the Free Discovery Call?

We dive into your goals, challenges, and daily realities. You leave the call with a clear understanding of the path forward. No pressure, no hard sell, just honest guidance. If we’re a fit, we’ll map out your first actionable steps right away.

Forget the spreadsheet approach to eating. We use primal, nutrient-dense foods that keep you satisfied, stabilise blood sugar, and switch your metabolism from sugar-burning to fat-burning. Plan on allocating between 45mins and 30mins a week as we go through the program to talk with me in a structured video call. You will need to make time to plan simple meals and eat food. Most people don’t allocate time for planning; they run by the seat of their pants. You will need some time in your day to think and plan meals, and cook. The payoff – more energy, sharper focus, and better sleep – actually gives you time back.

We’ll make the most of whatever you have, whether that’s a fully kitted-out gym, a set of resistance bands, or just a sturdy chair in your living room.
