We found an area I could improve on and during a coaching session we worked together to find one new habit to adopt so that I could step back from my desk and de-stress.

After
Since working with him. I've become more creative, productive and relaxed. I am really happy with his approach - I'd highly regard him as a coach and mentor to anyone who often feels they're "too busy" or "too tired" do the things that truly make them happy.
