1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of andreobradovic.com and your engagement with coaching services provided by Andre Obradovic, trading as Which Path Pty Ltd (referred to as “Andre Obradovic,” “we,” or “us”).
By accessing this website or purchasing any service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site or engage our services.
2. About the Service Provider
Andre Obradovic provides health and performance coaching services. Current qualifications include:
- ICF PCC Leadership Coach (International Coaching Federation)
- Primal Health Coach (Primal Health Coach Institute)
- MAF Method Certified Coach
- Performance Coach, Australian Army Reserve
Andre Obradovic is a qualified coach, not a registered medical practitioner. Coaching services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Services
Which Path Pty Ltd provides the following services:
- 1-on-1 coaching programs (nutrition, lifestyle, body composition, performance)
- Digital resources including free guides, calculators, and educational content
- Podcast and blog content
The specific scope, duration, and inclusions of any coaching engagement are confirmed in writing at the time of enrolment.
4. Health Disclaimer
Coaching programs focus on nutrition education, lifestyle change, and behaviour modification. They are not a substitute for medical care.
If you have a pre-existing medical condition – including but not limited to Type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, or any condition for which you are prescribed medication – you must disclose this before commencing any program and consult your treating practitioner throughout.
Changes to nutrition and lifestyle can affect medication requirements. You are responsible for keeping your GP or treating practitioner informed of material changes to your health practices.
Andre Obradovic is not liable for outcomes arising from failure to disclose medical conditions or failure to seek appropriate medical advice.
5. Individual Results
Results vary between individuals. No specific outcome – including weight loss, body composition change, or improvement in health markers – is guaranteed. Outcomes depend on individual adherence, consistency, and factors outside Andre Obradovic’s control.

6. The Coaching Commitment
Where a client engages in a coaching program in good faith – attending scheduled sessions, implementing the agreed nutritional and lifestyle approach, and maintaining regular communication with Andre Obradovic –
Andre Obradovic commits to continuing to provide coaching support until the documented goals have been achieved, or until Andre Obradovic reasonably determines that further coaching is unlikely to produce additional progress.
For the purposes of this clause:
- “Goals” means the specific outcomes recorded in the client’s onboarding documentation at the start of their program
- “Good faith participation” is assessed by Andre Obradovic based on session attendance, implementation of agreed protocols, and communication – not self-reported by the client
- This commitment does not apply where a client has disengaged, missed sessions without communication, or declined to implement the agreed methodology
- This commitment does not apply where a client requests a refund or initiates a chargeback
Andre Obradovic reserves the right to determine, reasonably and in good faith, whether participation requirements have been met.
7. Payment
Fees are confirmed at the time of enrolment. Payment is required in accordance with the schedule agreed prior to commencement.
Which Path Pty Ltd uses secure third-party payment processing. Credit card details are not stored by Which Path Pty Ltd.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified.
8. Refund Policy
All fees paid for coaching programs are non-refundable.
Where a client has paid but coaching has not yet commenced, Andre Obradovic may, at his sole discretion, elect to provide a partial or full refund. Once coaching has commenced, no refund will be provided under any circumstances. The exercise of discretion in any individual case does not create an obligation, expectation, or precedent for any future case.
Payment plans: Where a client is on an instalment payment plan and misses a scheduled payment, Andre Obradovic reserves the right to suspend coaching delivery until the account is brought current. Missed payments do not cancel the outstanding balance owed for services already delivered or committed.
Failed payments: Clients are responsible for ensuring payment details remain current. Where a payment fails and is not resolved within seven days, coaching delivery may be suspended.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Andre Obradovic directly constitutes a breach of these terms. Andre Obradovic reserves the right to pursue recovery of any amounts successfully charged back where services were delivered in accordance with these terms.
Statutory rights: Nothing in this section limits any rights you hold under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website – including articles, guides, calculators, podcast episodes, and program materials – is the intellectual property of Which Path Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any content without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Which Path Pty Ltd’s liability for any claim arising from the use of this website or coaching services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.
Which Path Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of this website or participation in any program.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at andreobradovic.com/privacy-policy.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
