1 wanted to make some permanent positive changes in regards to my health I was always starving and thinking about food all day. I wanted to be in the best shape I could be. I lost 4 kgs in 3 months. Andre coached me to eat real food and associate the effects of food on my body. I followed the meal plans for about 4 weeks and I quickly understood the quantity and type of food that I should consume. Quickly I started feeling very good physically and mentally and I wasn’t thinking about food all the time. I also noticed that my pre-menstrual symptoms decreased massively.
