Andre is an exceptional coach who helped me reach my goals. From my teens to my early 40s I lived a very active lifestyle. Later, I became active in endurance events including three-day adventure races to 24-hour solo mountain bike events. As I got older, my work commitment increased and my physical activities declined, resulting in a weight increase (110kg) and I lost motivation to train regularly.

I quickly learnt through Andre’s style and what we achieved, that weight loss and physical fitness are not closely related. The kitchen became my new gym, where I realised I didn’t need to punish my self with physical fitness to lose and control weight.
