Andre opened my eyes to the fact that having a healthy weight and lifestyle is totally driven by the food you eat, and that exercise is a natural complement.
Over 3 months I lost over 7kgs, achieved an optimal weight, increased my energy levels and general wellbeing. The lifestyle change is having an impact at home, as my family starts transforming their eating habits too.
We worked remotely (I’m based in the US) with regular video communication. Andre was flexible in helping me transition from a dietary to fitness focussed program, culminating in completing a half marathon, finishing fifth in my age group!
