I’ve been working with Andre for about 4 months. Initially I was looking for assistance with motivation to stay fit and reach my triathlon goals. As a working mum with 3 young children and a husband who works long hours, I needed a training program that would fit into my busy schedule.
Andre did an amazing job of formulating a program that was accommodating of my personal needs. He helped me to use my training time effectively and has equiped me with some really practical methods for maximising results with very limited time.
Andre has gone above and beyond my initial expectations with his holistic approach to health and fitness; providing support in relation to nutrition, sleep, mindset and general health. He checks in regularly, which is very motivating, and frequently adjusts my program to suit my current circumstances and goals.
For me, the greatest benefit of working with Andre has been the change in my mindset. After years of doing triathlons “for fun” because I didn’t think I was capable of being competitive, Andre has taught me that, with the right nutrition and training,
I’m capable of becoming a faster runner and cyclist. I now set myself much higher fitness goals. I highly recommend Andre’s coaching services!
