Three months ago I wasn’t feeling great, I was over weight, sluggish and just lacking the old edge I had. I was exercising regularly but nothing was making a difference.

I had served with Andre Obradovic on the UNTAC mission in Cambodia in 1992. Since then we had staying in touch and I watched with interest his personal journey with improved fitness and diet change. He was achieving remarkable results both for himself and the others he was helping.
