Before
At the wrong side of 47, I realised sporting injuries, family, relationship and work pressures had conspired to leave me in a position where my sleep was terrible and I was overweight, with no understanding of how to rectify the situation.

During
Andre gave guidance and motivation to make healthy choices. The weight immediately started falling and I knew how to get back on track if I strayed back to old habits.

After

Before
Investing in my health and putting my trust in Andre as a health coach is the best thing I ever did. When I met Andre I was overweight, unhappy and had very poor eating and general lifestyle habits.

During
Over 12 weeks, Andre coached me remotely using video. I learnt how to eat properly, get into a healthy routine, and most of all I learnt how to love myself again. I lost 10.5kgs, over 10% of my body fat and have never felt better.

During
In preparation for my trek to the Sera Nevada Mountains of Spain, Andre's coaching, techniques and support made a massive difference to my performance on the ride. Helping me lose 6kgs enabled me to be far more competitive on the hills, and the weight training was the icing on the cake. I'd usually ride with the last of our team on the hills, but Andre's coaching enabled me to ride in the lead group on all climbs.

Before
In 2016, I did my first 70.3 in Vietnam, Andre helped me then. I recently started training again with Andre to help me prepare for the Sunshine Coast 70.3.

During
Andre and I would talk weekly where we would discuss how things were going and how I was feeling both physically and mentally. Since 2016 we have improved my swimming by ten seconds per 100m, my bike split by 20 minutes and my run time by 18 minutes. Andre has a wealth of knowledge on nutrition strategies for day-to-day eating, to race week, and race day.

After
In my case Andre called me a jet runner (his words) so he got his running coach (Chris Hague) to work with me like he does with Andre.

If you are thinking about under taking a triathlon and looking for a coach give Andre a go, he is a straight shooter but he will give you great training programs, advice, mentorship and friendship. In fact we are going to race Geelong 70.3 together in 2019

Before
Andre is not a coach who just hands you a workout routine with Swim-Bike-Run workouts. He does not make you feel guilty or less of an athlete if you miss a workout session or your body is too exhausted to accomplish a long ride. Andre has a well rounded approach to his clients.

During
He helped me restructure my nutrition intake and I am feeling more energized. My hormones are starting to settle down, I am seeing gains in my weight lifting at the gym, I am sleeping SO much better, I have great workouts with energy to spare and he is helping to encourage me to get my stress levels down. He was instrumental in helping me see what my body needed just by monitoring my RHR (Resting Heart Rate).

After
Andre really and truly cares about his clients. It is more than a job for Andre, it is his passion. He is quite knowledgeable and practice what he preaches.

If you are open and honest with Andre as your coach you will achieve amazing results. You will find a stronger, healthier more confident version of yourself. Andre is a straight shooter when he speaks and I find that not only necessary but refreshing.

He stays in touch and truly cares about his athletes and wants us to see our own success.

Before
I have done a lot of diets, all to gain the weight and be starving the whole time. I found Andre through a friend. I have not looked back and still learning heaps.

During
Not only have I lost about 9kg without exercise. I have so much steady energy and I am not constantly hungry. This is the best bit...no more 3pm slump where I need a coffee and muffin!

After
Andre is a great coach. He asks deep questions and helps you understand what to do. He addresses other things like stress and sleep. He looks at all aspects of your health. If you're on the fence just jump in you won't regret it and you'll learn a lot...
