Boom!!

I didn’t think I had an issue, but was starting to have health issues, which I just put down to getting older. I spoke to my GP and he referred me for weight loss surgery, but there was a three month wait-list.

I’ve known Andre for many years through the military and discussed this with him, and we agreed it was worth joining his program as I was on the waiting list anyway. 12 weeks later I’ve lost 18 kg and the extended family wanted to know what was going on over Christmas dinner!

I’ve completed the program now, but the lifestyle remains, and the weight keeps on falling (-20 kg now)!
