As your coach, I will challenge and support you to create your optimum health as you learn how to listen to your body and make the changes necessary to get stronger and faster as you get older.
You will have an expert coach and mentor – not a drill-master. You can draw on my 30 years of leadership in the military and corporate sector, as well as fitness coaching and competing in the higest level in sports as an international triathlete.
I don’t have a vested interest in anything except your results, so you can explore your inner fears and worries with an independent third party and decide whether they’re real – or phantoms from the past.
I promise you a safe space – a space for learning, for questioning, for understanding. I won’t judge you. I will respectfully hold you accountable – because you’re worth it. You will get a chance to ask the deeper questions that will help you find long term answers.

I teach you how to connect with your body, your mind and your emotions – to think deeply about the impact of your choices and the way you think.
