I’ve just entered my second round with Andre. First round saw a 14kg achievement in 12 weeks and removed Insulin resistance from my recent blood test.

It’s not as difficult as one might think and while I’ve maintained my original goal, I haven’t managed to improve on it without Andre’s help. Now I am back in the program I have re-established ‘the motivation to do it all again, with the added benefit of strength and fitness in our goals. I tried to understand what Andre does and why I couldn’t do it myself. It would seem he does just enough to get into your head, help you understand why you approached him in the first place and why you remain.

In between that he does whatever he needs, to keep you focused and following the guidance to achieve simple goals. Expect him to be frank, firm and friendly. I’m very happy to be back.
