In mid April weighing just under 150kg, I had high blood pressure and was on several medications. My brother introduced me to Andre who agreed to help me. I started his program on 27 July and in 3 months I dropped to 112kg (down from 141kg) and lost 30cm from my waist.

I recently visited my Heart Specialist and he was very happy with my progress. My blood pressure and some of my other medications have been halved and we expect they will be further reduced in another few months. As I head for my 50th birthday, this has been the best gift I’ve been given.

In 4 months, I was down 15kg. Importantly my blood pressure was back to normal, resting heart rate was well down, and I went off some medications. My GP was really surprised.
