For the last 6 weeks, I have been working with Andre to improve my nutrition for life. My focus has been racing and today, I finished my first 70.3 Half Ironman with my nutrition totally in check!
We worked together to get into a fat burning state. We then tested different approaches to practice during the race week and my fuelling during the race. We used my long weekend training sessions to weeks to adjust things and decide on the plan that suited me the best.
