I have known Andre for many years, and indeed heard good things about the work he was doing with a number of colleagues and friends.Launching into the 12 week program, we started to unpack, and repack a number of causal factors, many of which I had not previously acknowledged or accepted myself.His approach to holistic wellbeing, recognising complex agents and influences, and then treating each in the context of physical, mental and social wellbeing influencers, meant that the goals and objectives in our sessions, and the overall program, targeted my general good health as well as diet, weight and bad habits.His approach of holding you accountable, building knowledge and understanding, and busting some of the myths that get you there in the first place, was certainly 'life learning' for me. Thanks Andre.

Boom!!Didn't think I had an issue, but was starting to have health issues which I just put down to getting older. Spoke to my GP and referred for weight loss surgery, but there was a three month wait-list.I've known Andre for many years through the military and discussed this with him and we agreed it was worth joining his program as I was on the waiting list anyway. 12 weeks later I've lost 18 kg and the extended family wanted to know what was going on over Christmas dinner!I've completed the program now, but the lifestyle remains and the weight keeps on failing (-20 kg now)!Thanks Andre you have truly changed my quality of life for the better and the long term.

As a 50yo woman who works too much, I was struggling with my weight. I was looking for a diet I could live with. What I actually received was control over my life. Working with Andre isn't about one single facet of your life. He helps you through coaching to tackle and plan for everything. I'm more organized, feel great, make time for myself and best of all, my perimenopause symptoms are almost gone due to my diet. Andre always seems to ask you the right questions to work through whatever you have going on. 10/10 will recommend.

I worked with Andre in 2023 and it was a real game changer for me. For a long time i was confused about what to do. With so many options and differing opinions around how to drop weight and I found i was chopping and changing and obviously not getting the results. Andre gave me a me a clear plan challenged limiting or unhelpful beliefs and and held me very accountable with weekly checkins. I would recommend him to anyone serious about living a healthier life

I can only whole-heartedly endorse the glowing comments of other reviewers here. As a 50-something male, I started Andre's 12 week program in Nov 2023 with the aim of losing 10 kilos. Tick. But what I didn't fully appreciate is that Andre has equipped me for a complete change in thinking around diet and exercise that will carry me forward for the long term. The simple changes to my diet under his guidance have not only resulted in weight loss, but other changes such as improved skin, sleep, energy levels and gut health.Andre provides you with as much information as you need to support your journey - if you want to deep dive into any aspect its there, but if you just need the basics, he won't judge you. Andre tailors his approach to reflect your circumstances and the level of commitment you can sustainably and sensibly achieve. If you can commit to going hard core, great. But if (like me) you still need to maintain some balance, he's right there for you as well.Andre's approach is zero bullsh#t, but he's not thumping the table - just plain speaking and common sense. He's a true mentor, not telling you how to do it but showing you how to do it. The best evidence of the benefits of his approach is that I then went on a 2.5 week overseas holiday and still managed to lose 3 kilos by continuing to sensibly apply the lesson I had learned with Andre.Thank you Andre for equipping me with the tools to continue my journey to improved physical health.

It took real results to turn me from a coaching sceptic to an advocate. Andre delivered everything he promised and more. Doctors were concerned my diabetes was trending in the wrong direction, but their only solution was more medication. Three months of Andre’s education, coaching and support has achieved everything I (and my doctor) had hoped. Can’t recommend Andre highly enough.

I can’t thank Andre enough for his support. With 3 kids, crazy work and trying to train for endurance events, life was getting a bit out of balance. And throw in menopause just to complicate the matter. Andre really challenged a number of my lifestyle factors (that needed challenging) and helped me strip all the noise out of my diet, and get back to the basics. He held me to account, and checked in to see how I was going on a very regular basis. I'm 7kgs lighter, sleep better at night, and feel a lot better about my health. Thanks Andre!

I have been working with Andre for approx 12 weeks. When I started the journey it was counter intuiative to what we have been taught.Slowly the mindset changed and with the weekly meetings to support me we reached some great mile stones.I was a cyclist that thought going harder meant better gains, however with a change in food intake mentality the coaching I lost 13kg.I travel for work and with my new life style change have been able to maintain my weight and in the future know what I need to. do.I highly recommend Andre.

I’m a 55-year-old man, who had consistently failed to stick to my New Year resolutions!I decided that 2023 would be different. I wanted to reduce weight and improve my cholesterol levels.I’d been working with a dietitian for several years. It was good nutrition, but there was no weight loss.Andre offers a no-nonsense approach. (Warning - if you’re a bit of a snowflake, then perhaps Andre might not be the best coach for you!) When necessary, he was very flexible with rescheduling coaching sessions. I could always send him a message and get a considered response in a timely fashion.I did before and after blood work and saw improvements across all markers.From 105kg to 90kg in 4 months, a 14% reduction in body weight. (I went travelling for a few weeks during my coaching with Andre, so my program was extended). My body fat reduced from 20.1% to 16.9%.The best feature is that it was easy to stick to the plan. It's almost embarrassing how easy it was...Pay your money. Listen to Andre. Do what he tells you. Stick to the plan. Lose the fat!4 months later and I have kept the weight off.It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle.Thank you, Andre.

Extremely happy with having invested in the 12 week program which resulted in a 10% reduction in body weight (9kg). Noting I am 65 years old and I was pursuing an unsustainable approach of intense gym work previously to discovering Andre’s work the program education, 24/7 support and the intelligent approach to eating all helped! I am better prepared and a believer in the way ahead now - significantly less carbs, focus on hydration, 16:8 fasting, two meals a day, supplementation and consistent daily walking. Thanks Andre 😎

Would highly recommend talking to Andre if you are ready to change your health for better. My body scans pre and post the program are attached for reference.Pre Weight = 100.4Post program (12 weeks) = 88.5Background:I bumped into Andre on LinkedIn via a post that a common contact had posted.I’d been struggling to prioritize my health , get it back on the right track for over a year now. I read a lot of testimonials on Andre’s website and LinkedIn and that gave me confidence that I wanted to try it out.The program:- it’s simple- easy to follow , not a diet - more a lifestyle which helps you focus on building better eating habits- Andre uses a lot of data points - smart watch sleep data, fitness data, timings for eating meals, moods- energy levels , and the weekly calls go through those points to help setup the next week- Weekly 1-1 calls that help establish goals and progressively help you move forward- Andre is available via text whenever you need advice regarding food or anything you need- you feel supported end to end through the program- I had great results, on top of that it helped me understand certain food myths betterIt’s been now a month after the 12 week program finished and I’m still continuing to build on the great foundations that Andre has helped with.

Going through the 12 week program with Andre was awesome. It was simple but it was good that i was held to something by someone. Like a lot of men in their early 50s life was starting to catch up with me. A busy senior management role, lots of work travel and bad habits had seen me slowly putting on weight and I couldn’t shift it.I needed advice and coaching from a professional. So I reached out to Andre who I had seen posting things I really understood and liked on LinkedIn.Andre’s passion and deep technical knowledge of nutrition, exercise, hydration and lifestyle was amazing. By eating better (not less) and exercising smarter (not harder) the weight started falling off - about a kilo per week. My cardio fitness has also improved dramatically using targeted training techniques.Andre has given me the knowledge and mindset to continue living well and to make the key changes enduring. I now have the skills to set pretty much any weight or exercise goal and achieve it.I can not recommend Andre highly enough.

I connected up with Andre in December for the 3 month program. I was 59 and sick of not being able to shift the weight. Over the 12 weeks I went from 118kg to 102kg and rolled back 15 years. I worked with Andre under one of his 12 week programs in late 2022, with a goal of dropping 10 kilos, improving general health and exercising more. The information, motivation and accountability that Andre provided was exactly what I needed to move toward this goal.Andre brought my attention to what I was putting in my body and how it affected the way I feel each day. As a result of just changing my diet, I lost 6kg in the first 4 weeks of the program. I had more energy, wasn't hungry all the time and started shifting my focus to exercising more. By the end of the program I dropped a total of 9kg (just shy of my goal) and felt like my old self again. I am now more motivated to exercise each day and continue to lose weight, while maintaining a healthier lifestyle.

I spent 3 months working with Andre, and I've lost almost 30kg. My background is a combination of elite army units and elite sport, but after injury my weight blew out to more than 140kg. As a result I gained further health impacts, not the least being those on my heart. On my own I had managed to get myself back to around 125kg. I had been seeing a dietician for about 6 months, and managed to shed a little more weight but nothing to get excited about. I had another health scare, so I was now desperate to shift the weight.I knew about Andre's work, as I'd had a passing interest over the years. I've known him since our army days in the 1980s. I thought, I've tried all the 'normal' ideas, none of them worked- why not try something drastic.The first thing Andre told me was to chuck all the books out- the western diet books that is....and that's the hardest part of this exercise. Adjusting the mind to accept that what has been taught as "healthy' food and diet, simply put....isn't.Once I'd made the mental leap, the rest was easy. Hold myself accountable for what enters my mouth, hold myself accountable for what I input into the systems he provided, and to be ruthlessly true to the program. There is an element of mental discipline, but I found that once I got into the groove- it becomes second nature.There isn't any real secret to Andre's methods or what he teaches. It's plainly obvious once you begin.But- here's the kicker. You have to do what he says. Don't wander off thinking he's crazy. Step up, buy in, and you'll win.

12 months on- weight has stayed off 😀👍🏻I was uncomfortable, fatigued and felt generally unwell and decided it was time to make an investment in my health. I signed up for 3 months of health coaching with Andre and am so glad I did.As a 52-year-old woman I had previously found it extremely difficult to shift excess weight, especially around my middle. During the initial weeks my weight loss was slow, but Andre guided me through these difficult weeks to the point where I wasn’t hungry or craving carbohydrates, sugar, coffee or wine. The weight then just started to steadily drop off.I am sleeping well without apnoea and get up at dawn naturally most mornings as my body is more in tune with circadian rhythms, excited to go out and paddleboard. I have stopped my antidepressant medication and have lost 10kgs - back to my ideal weight. My clothes are comfortably fitting again, and I feel great!Andre’s program is not a diet but rather a lifestyle which is easy to continue. I am so grateful for the opportunity to have been coached by Andre and for his individual support as well as the knowledge and guidance that he provided to me to help me achieve my health goals. I have learnt a lot and, as a nurse and public health professional, feel that this approach will have broader implications for public health in the future.I recommend Andre as a health coach to anyone who is committed to taking action to improve their health. I've been a sportsman for many years, including pro rugby, and I've enjoyed martial arts, cycling, gym and kayaking.I've always been fit , but haven't been able to shift my belly fat no matter how hard I tried. This has been the status quo for the past 20 years. Being relatively fit but fat has been frustrating.I engaged Andre 3 months ago, and I've learned heaps about nutrition, fitness and overall healthy living.During the program, due to Andres input Ive significantly reduced alcohol intake, lost over 10kgs in 12 weeks ( even though Ive travelled for work extensively during this time), reduced inflammation in my knees, my skin has cleared up (psoriasis), i've been sleeping better and i feel less stressed and more in control.My wife said it's the best fitness investment i've ever made.Recommend highly

After meeting with Andre for the first time and hearing him speak I was compelled to work with him. Andre is extremely passionate about both physical and mental well being which means he delivers a product covering my entire health and well being.As someone who works in a highly demanding and stressful environment as well as completing long and enduring ultra marathons this was extremely important to me. I decided to get in touch with Andre after I saw one of my LI connections praising the results they were able to achieve.I have worked with Andre for over 6 weeks now. I am impressed with the output we have been able to achieve during such a short time.Andre's structured approach and couching methods are extremely effective. Over a period of 5 years I really took my eye off the ball regarding my health. A combination of overeating, drinking too much and not doing much exercise had me in a bad way. On the 1st of April 2021 I had blood work done that I had been avoiding and the results were not good. The results showed I was Type II diabetic with elevated triglycerides and few other markers out of whack. I was also weighing in at the heaviest I have ever been. I was prescribed Metformin to “manage my diabetes” and given an unhelpful lecture by my GP. No mention of nutrition…I did some research and through the Tim Noakes Foundation I found a GP that specialised in managing Type II diabetes and I came across Andre who agreed to help me out.We started working together on the 16th of April 2021 over a 12-week period. At the end of our time together I had lost 17kg. More importantly my blood results as at the end of July 2021 showed a reduced HBA1C from 6.5 to 5.9 which meant I was no longer Type II diabetic. And I achieved that by following the nutritional advice from Andre without taking any drugs. In fact, under the supervision of my doctor, I came off both the cholesterol and triglyceride lowering medication I had been taking for over 10 years. I’m not quite there yet, I still need to drop that HBA1C result to below 5.6 to be in the “normal” range. So, I have a way to go.Since then, I have lost another 5kg and my blood work continues to improve.What Andre did for me was adjust my mindset and educated me about what “healthy eating” meant and guided me on nutrition and supplements. Over the 12 weeks he was tough when he needed to be and very sympathetic and understanding at the same time. He checked in with me often and helped me monitor and adjust things along the way.I highly recommend Andre if you want to make meaningful sustainable lifestyle changes.
