I would like to say again thank you for your support these past 3 months. As you know I was very sceptical about using a coach to lose weight. I thought that the human body works just like any other thermodynamic system. I mean – it’s physics right? An axiom you simply can’t argue about. Just get into a calorie deficit and your body will be forced to burn fat. Wrong – that approach simply doesn’t work. Not for me anyway…
I think that was one of the reasons I reached out to you. To see someone so openly dismiss everything I’ve been taught about nutrition and having so many success stories under their belt was unusual.
