Andre has changed my life. That simple.
Yes he has helped me lose more than 20kg in around 12 weeks, but more importantly my health has improved out of sight, blood pressure significantly down, energy levels amazing (and consistent), sleep better… the list goes on.
The most valuable aspect of his program is that he cuts through the mountains of conflicting information out there and provides a no-BS education on getting and staying healthy. If you are ready to turn things around, then he is your man!
8 month update…
I am still sitting around 83-84kgs depending on the day. Have ramped up the running for the 14km in March. I managed a 14km in Phillip Island a couple of weeks ago, am generally running 3x8km a week minimum, and did a 12km Sunday. Still going to the gym 3-4 times a week.
Fitness is decent, hips now cooperating. Knees still rubbish – but a WIP. Running won’t be something I do quite as much of in the long term… just want to survive the “fun run” and maintain a level of cardio ;).
Diet is good – no real slips (save the one pizza day leading into Christmas and the odd beer).
I feel like it is ingrained in lifestyle which means I am not really relying on willpower now – and that is fantastic.
I recently caught up with Andre over a meal. We stopped working together 28 weeks ago, and I’ve still gone on to lose another 13 kg since then, which brings my total loss to 33 kg.
