I’ve spent most of my life believing I needed to have large amounts of carbohydrates in my diet to simply function and have energy. Through that belief and dependence, I experienced multiple troughs of fatigue during the day. This was not how I wanted to feel.
Andre helped me kick the walls down and then guided me to become more aware, more educated and more empowered with food and nutrition. I eat smart now. I eat less and have a consistent energy level each day despite working out – all without a need for large amounts of carbs and processed foods. Living this way appeared inconceivable previously, however it was a just a belief I had that was holding me back and Andre showed me how to break it like glass.
