ONE YEAR UPDATE:
I am going well – I definitely had a tough period during middle of last year – work travel, stress, poor eating and lack exercise got on top of me again.
However, I got it back on track late last year. Back to a healthy weight (79kg), eating well, training 4-5 times a week and ran a Parkrun PB (21:56) in December last year.
