In 2016, I did my first 70.3 in Vietnam, Andre helped me then. I recently started training again with Andre to help me prepare for the Sunshine Coast 70.3.

Andre and I would talk weekly where we would discuss how things were going and how I was feeling both physically and mentally. Since 2016 we have improved my swimming by ten seconds per 100m, my bike split by 20 minutes and my run time by 18 minutes. Andre has a wealth of knowledge on nutrition strategies for day-to-day eating, to race week, and race day.

In my case Andre called me a jet runner (his words) so he got his running coach (Chris Hague) to work with me like he does with Andre.
