I engaged with Andre seeking weight loss. He introduced me to a lifestyle plan that, for me, focusing on weight loss.
His plan made sense and he coached and supported me as I adopted this new way. The results have been positive and I think Andre’s lifestyle plan is now and will be my usual way.
Life has pretty well settled now into a high protein, low carb diet primarily based around 2 meals a day and limited (almost nil) spacing in between. That works well most days. Weight has stabalised in the high 70’s & I’m OK with that.
