I can only whole-heartedly endorse the glowing comments of other reviewers here. As a 50-something male, I started Andre's 12 week program in Nov 2023 with the aim of losing 10 kilos. Tick. But what I didn't fully appreciate is that Andre has equipped me for a complete change in thinking around diet and exercise that will carry me forward for the long term. The simple changes to my diet under his guidance have not only resulted in weight loss, but other changes such as improved skin, sleep, energy levels and gut health.Andre provides you with as much information as you need to support your journey - if you want to deep dive into any aspect its there, but if you just need the basics, he won't judge you. Andre tailors his approach to reflect your circumstances and the level of commitment you can sustainably and sensibly achieve. If you can commit to going hard core, great. But if (like me) you still need to maintain some balance, he's right there for you as well.Andre's approach is zero bullsh#t, but he's not thumping the table - just plain speaking and common sense. He's a true mentor, not telling you how to do it but showing you how to do it. The best evidence of the benefits of his approach is that I then went on a 2.5 week overseas holiday and still managed to lose 3 kilos by continuing to sensibly apply the lesson I had learned with Andre.Thank you Andre for equipping me with the tools to continue my journey to improved physical health.
It took real results to turn me from a coaching sceptic to an advocate. Andre delivered everything he promised and more. Doctors were concerned my diabetes was trending in the wrong direction, but their only solution was more medication. Three months of Andre’s education, coaching and support has achieved everything I (and my doctor) had hoped. Can’t recommend Andre highly enough.

I have been working with Andre for approx 12 weeks. When I started the journey it was counter intuiative to what we have been taught.Slowly the mindset changed and with the weekly meetings to support me we reached some great mile stones.I was a cyclist that thought going harder meant better gains, however with a change in food intake mentality the coaching I lost 13kg.I travel for work and with my new life style change have been able to maintain my weight and in the future know what I need to. do.I highly recommend Andre.
I’m a 55-year-old man, who had consistently failed to stick to my New Year resolutions!I decided that 2023 would be different. I wanted to reduce weight and improve my cholesterol levels.I’d been working with a dietitian for several years. It was good nutrition, but there was no weight loss.Andre offers a no-nonsense approach. (Warning - if you’re a bit of a snowflake, then perhaps Andre might not be the best coach for you!) When necessary, he was very flexible with rescheduling coaching sessions. I could always send him a message and get a considered response in a timely fashion.I did before and after blood work and saw improvements across all markers.From 105kg to 90kg in 4 months, a 14% reduction in body weight. (I went travelling for a few weeks during my coaching with Andre, so my program was extended). My body fat reduced from 20.1% to 16.9%.The best feature is that it was easy to stick to the plan. It's almost embarrassing how easy it was...Pay your money. Listen to Andre. Do what he tells you. Stick to the plan. Extremely happy with having invested in the 12 week program which resulted in a 10% reduction in body weight (9kg). Noting I am 65 years old and I was pursuing an unsustainable approach of intense gym work previously to discovering Andre’s work the program education, 24/7 support and the intelligent approach to eating all helped! Going through the 12 week program with Andre was awesome. It was simple but it was good that i was held to something by someone. Like a lot of men in their early 50s life was starting to catch up with me. I connected up with Andre in December for the 3 month program. I was 59 and sick of not being able to shift the weight. Over the 12 weeks I went from 118kg to 102kg and rolled back 15 years. Andre helped me through the tough times when I was either frustrated or dropping back into bad habits. I know I couldn't have dropped the weight without his guidance and knowledge.
I worked with Andre under one of his 12 week programs in late 2022, with a goal of dropping 10 kilos, improving general health and exercising more. The information, motivation and accountability that Andre provided was exactly what I needed to move toward this goal.Andre brought my attention to what I was putting in my body and how it affected the way I feel each day. As a result of just changing my diet, I lost 6kg in the first 4 weeks of the program. I had more energy, wasn't hungry all the time and started shifting my focus to exercising more. I spent 3 months working with Andre, and I've lost almost 30kg. My background is a combination of elite army units and elite sport, but after injury my weight blew out to more than 140kg. As a result I gained further health impacts, not the least being those on my heart. On my own I had managed to get myself back to around 125kg. I had been seeing a dietician for about 6 months, and managed to shed a little more weight but nothing to get excited about. I had another health scare, so I was now desperate to shift the weight.I knew about Andre's work, as I'd had a passing interest over the years. I've known him since our army days in the 1980s. I thought, I've tried all the 'normal' ideas, none of them worked- why not try something drastic.The first thing Andre told me was to chuck all the books out- the western diet books that is....and that's the hardest part of this exercise. Adjusting the mind to accept that what has been taught as "healthy' food and diet, simply put....isn't.Once I'd made the mental leap, the rest was easy. Hold myself accountable for what enters my mouth, hold myself accountable for what I input into the systems he provided, and to be ruthlessly true to the program. There is an element of mental discipline, but I found that once I got into the groove- it becomes second nature.There isn't any real secret to Andre's methods or what he teaches. It's plainly obvious once you begin.But- here's the kicker. You have to do what he says. Don't wander off thinking he's crazy. Step up, buy in, and you'll win.

12 months on- weight has stayed off 😀👍🏻I was uncomfortable, fatigued and felt generally unwell and decided it was time to make an investment in my health. I signed up for 3 months of health coaching with Andre and am so glad I did.As a 52-year-old woman I had previously found it extremely difficult to shift excess weight, especially around my middle. During the initial weeks my weight loss was slow, but Andre guided me through these difficult weeks to the point where I wasn’t hungry or craving carbohydrates, sugar, coffee or wine. The weight then just started to steadily drop off.I am sleeping well without apnoea and get up at dawn naturally most mornings as my body is more in tune with circadian rhythms, excited to go out and paddleboard. I have stopped my antidepressant medication and have lost 10kgs - back to my ideal weight. I've been a sportsman for many years, including pro rugby, and I've enjoyed martial arts, cycling, gym and kayaking.I've always been fit , but haven't been able to shift my belly fat no matter how hard I tried. Over a period of 5 years I really took my eye off the ball regarding my health. A combination of overeating, drinking too much and not doing much exercise had me in a bad way. On the 1st of April 2021 I had blood work done that I had been avoiding and the results were not good. The results showed I was Type II diabetic with elevated triglycerides and few other markers out of whack. I was also weighing in at the heaviest I have ever been. I was prescribed Metformin to “manage my diabetes” and given an unhelpful lecture by my GP. No mention of nutrition…I did some research and through the Tim Noakes Foundation I found a GP that specialised in managing Type II diabetes and I came across Andre who agreed to help me out.We started working together on the 16th of April 2021 over a 12-week period. At the end of our time together I had lost 17kg. More importantly my blood results as at the end of July 2021 showed a reduced HBA1C from 6.5 to 5.9 which meant I was no longer Type II diabetic. And I achieved that by following the nutritional advice from Andre without taking any drugs. In fact, under the supervision of my doctor, I came off both the cholesterol and triglyceride lowering medication I had been taking for over 10 years. I’m not quite there yet, I still need to drop that HBA1C result to below 5.6 to be in the “normal” range. So, I have a way to go.Since then, I have lost another 5kg and my blood work continues to improve.What Andre did for me was adjust my mindset and educated me about what “healthy eating” meant and guided me on nutrition and supplements. Over the 12 weeks he was tough when he needed to be and very sympathetic and understanding at the same time. He checked in with me often and helped me monitor and adjust things along the way.I highly recommend Andre if you want to make meaningful sustainable lifestyle changes.
I worked with Andre about three years ago now, and I can confidently say that Andre's methods and coaching have had a powerful, positive, and sustainable impact on my health and fitness.
