By working with Andre over the last 6 months I have designed and internalised a compelling vision for my business and life that has provided the motivation and drive to take action at the highest level. I’ve built a resilience and self-belief that has helped balance out the inevitable ups and downs of founding a startup business.
Andre is coaching me to build the foundation and peak performance to achieve my goals. One of my goals was to beat procrastination and the fear of failure – I really
feel he has taken my ability to engage and act on my vision to a new level.
When I spend time with Andre it makes me feel alive and energised. The biggest impact Andre has made on my life is producing behaviours that are congruent with the person who achieves his dreams. Andre identified key roadblocks and built strategies to overcome by referring back to my higher purpose – the compelling vision: Building a successful hedge fund, having fantastic relationships and being a strong leader and mentor.
