How my life has changed since working with Andre – I’ve lost over 10kg! I had two children within a 2 year period and although I was eating “healthy” and exercising, I felt tired and heavy.
During
Now my skin and hair is great, I’m motivated and feel a million dollars! I no longer think about food all the time or worry about what to wear. I don’t seek out chocolate anymore. I now know how to fuel for training and events. I eat beautiful real food and do a lot more cooking than I used to.
After
I don’t think I could have done this alone. Andre gives a great deal of support and guidance. He helped me get to the start line at the Noosa Triathlon in November 2017 and in time, I’ll drop the last few kilos and reach my other fitness goals.
