I started working with Andre to drop weight and to improve my fitness. Andre showed me how I was relying on an outdated approach. Through his coaching, I started to see rapid and sustainable results, all whilst remaining to have a very active social life, a milestone birthday celebration, two international work trips, and countless days of interstate travel (all of which are not normally conducive to healthy food choices for me).
I am now 15 kilograms down from when we started working together. Andre has since begun the building blocks of training me for my first Ironman at the end of 2019 and that same approach has yielded results as I am training smarter not harder
