Where to start. When I came to Susan, I had no idea about food and I was an eat-out-of-a-packet vegetarian. For a few years I had treated my body pretty badly and was diagnosed with an under-active thyroid and Type 1 Diabetes. Susan worked with me, transformed my diet and my outlook on food. She also organised supplements to be delivered to me which made things easy.

My diabetes improved dramatically, my leaky gut got healed and I suddenly found a love for cooking.
