When you finally decide enough is enough, Andre is the man to call. He helped me alter my approach to food, alcohol and exercise so that I make better decisions and improve my health.
I thought avoiding bread pasta and minimising alcohol would be impossible. Now, avoiding those foods and making better choices, as well as prioritising exercise, make me feel great and has become a part of my life.
It was all relatively easy at first when progress was swift, but after a while my weight loss stagnated and it became mentally tougher to make progress.
But that is when Andre’s coaching skills are most needed and he stuck with me as we tried new things until we found a way forward.
I am now well over half way through my 30kg weight loss journey.
