I really enjoyed the experience working with Andre. Over a three month period I was able to achieve my goals of being more in control with my lifestyle. I am more disciplined in my sleep management and how I prepare for my day. By managing my lifestyle better; the weight (I lost 12 kg ) has contributed to my blood pressure being the best it’s been in 20 years, and I feel much stronger and recover better after any physical activity.
I really enjoyed working with Andre; he is a font of knowledge and takes the time to explain the science in a way that is well understood. He is very diligent in his follow up calls.
In my 50’s now, I needed to change and be smarter in how to manage my health and fitness; the key focus in my opinion is better eating, supported by smart exercise.
I will keep checking in with Andre twice yearly to continue my learning journey and seek his expertise.
