I came to Andre looking for some coaching with relation to food and nutrition for the endurance athlete. He guided me through changing my diet to a LCHF approach which helped me tremendously. His ability to instil the importance of quality sleep and monitoring your heart rate for overall health and wellness so you can perform as an athlete was second to none. I am now able to train hard again, with limited carbs, and at a lower heart rate. I am so much more in tune to what my body needs and able to adjust my training accordingly thanks to Andre.

He is passionate, motivating and knowledgeable about so many aspects of training triathletes, not just the swim, bike and run aspects. He will guide, inspire and empower you to achieve your full potential. Thank you, Andre, for all your help!
