I engaged Andre initially for weight loss. In the first meeting, we set 3 specific goals over the 3 months. They were, weight loss, go from C Grade at my cycling club to B Grade, and lastly to improve my sleep. I'm pleased to say we achieved all 3 in less than 3 months.
Andre's coaching no BS approach was perfect for me. The introduction into the LCHF lifestyle was a key component to achieving my goals and I plan to carry this on as my lifestyle.
