At 127kg, I was way off where I should be in the low 90kgs. I’d stacked on the weight over the past three years and was genuinely concerned I wouldn’t be able to halt the climb because my food intake was crazy, yet I was often hungry, and I’d lost my motivation to exercise. I was also experiencing poor sleep. I was quite an unhappy dude.

That was 14 short weeks ago. To date I’ve dropped 22kgs and am about 15kgs off my goal. My relationship with food is infinitely better, I’m now sleeping like a champion, and I’m stoked to be back on my mountain bike, riding the hills around Canberra.
