Beware Conventional Stupidity…
I researched more and more and applied the new things I was learning to myself. I was shocked to find that most of what I had been taught about health, nutrition, and endurance performance and ageing isn’t true – it’s tired, out-of-date, “conventional STUPIDITY”.
I discovered that endurance performance isn’t just about smashing yourself in every session, starving yourself to get better body composition or losing sleep to answer that constant stream of wasteful emails from work at 10pm at night.
Optimal living it’s about knowledge and skill and process – the RIGHT training and discipline (and not too much of it). It’s also about learning to listen to yourself and to notice the connection between what you do and how it affects you.
I teach you how to connect with your body, your mind and your emotions. You learn how to think deeply about how your choices and the way you think affect your life.
Today I compete internationally and work with people just like you, the general population, stressed executives, weekend warriors and Age Group triathletes who want to thrive, not just survive.
I’m fitter and healthier than I was at 20 (that’s more than 30 years ago) and I am the same weight too. I’m also happier than back then.
