Why I Became A Personal Health Coach

I have helped 100’s of people optimize their Health, Performance and Life by personal coaching.

The timeline of my career traces my journey from 1983, when I joined the Australian army, through to my current role, coaching clients to optimise their life. I have included some of my athletic achievements to show that you can get faster, stronger, leaner and healthier as you get older.
